With summer has come much Pinterest time, which could be good or bad depending on how you look at it. Today I don’t anything super profound to share, so I thought I’d share some image which I think give you a fairly accurate glimpse of yours truly.

I need coffee. Well, I don’t actually need coffee, but I’ve convinced myself I do. And it tastes good and makes me happy… so what’s not to love? I drink coffee when writing, reading, driving to school, doing homework, reading my Bible, talking… etc. etc.

Literature *must be said with a posh British accent*

After Jesus, my family, and my friends, literature is a great great love of mine. There is never a time when I don’t have a book in hand. Rarely a day passes without reading. I have a passion for the themes and thought provocativeness of the classics. My dad once said, “Look to the Bible as your source of life, but after the Bible, read the dead guys, they know what they’re talking about.” The dead guys are smarter and wiser than we give them credit for.

Future Home

Flowers and flowers, pale colors, cozy cottage, blankets, pillows, window seats, lots of big big windows, books, books, and more books.

I like the classy look, but alas, I don’t have enough money to look like a ’40s dame.

The Mountains are Calling

I have an attachment to the mountains. Something about them is alluring, deep, strong yet, fragile, beautiful. They sing the Lord’s glory.

Period Dramas

Can I live in the Victorian era please? Or maybe the colonial era? Oh, and what about the early 1900’s? The 40’s perhaps?

Text Posts

I relate. So much. It’s scary.

If you understand this reference I will cry tears of joy. #greatcometof1812
Me, every day.
Being 4’11, I ask this question quite often
this is so relatable it’s kind of terrifying
I was super into imperial Russia and about every other era under the sun. What about you guys?

*me trying to sing all the parts from the above text post* I think I’ve thoroughly traumatized my family.

Words of Life

I love words. But there are no words that offer life other than the Bible. These words are the only words directly from the mouth of God to us. Remember that.

Welp, that’s it for today. Sorry for the picture dump. I’d love to hear from you guys in the comments! I’m in a chatting mood. Tell me something about yourself.
